Custom Flexible LED Arrays

To Order:

1) Determine Length of center (taillight - run/brake or brake only) section and side turn signal sections. Length must be in 0.6" increments. Remember to add 1" to total array size for end-caps.

2) Order appropriate LED sections.
0.6" = 5 LEDs
1.2" = 10 LEDs
1.8" = 15 LEDs
2.4" = 20 LEDs
3.0" = 25 LEDs
3.6" = 30 LEDs
4.8" = 40 LEDs

3) Order appropriate Dual Circuit Element to convert any section to dual intensity - run/brake or run/turn

One dual circuit element is needed per segment.

4) Order 18" Tube Kit - Clear or Red

To Assemble:

1)Caution: Do not bend LED boards from side to side or they will break.

2) Cut new 18" tube to appropriate size

3) Remove end caps and carefully remove LED boards from tubes.

4) Install LED boards into new tube, route wires out from each side.

5) Install new endcaps and seal with silicon to make watertight.

6) Follow supplied instructions for wiring dual circuit elements.
