Instructions for installation on H-D Tour-Pak with 1157 Bulbs:

  1. Order 2 ea. Custom Dynamics 2.0" diameter direct base 48-LED Replacement Cluster – Red. 

  2. The lens is held in place with a non hardening black sealant. From the outside of the Tour-Pak, insert the blade of a utility knife or other strong, slim blade knife into the joint between the Tour-pak red tail/brake light lens and the frame, working in a clockwise direction, slowly and carefully pry the lens from Tour-pak

  3. Remote the stock incandescent bulb and install the LED cluster in its place.

  4. Carefully clean the adhesive/waterproofing sealant from the red lenses.

  5. Use fresh silicone sealant to reattach the red lenses to the light bar.  Remove excess sealant.

  6. Repeat for opposite side, test function of LEDs in both running and brake light mode.
