PHOTOS FOR INSTALLING "No Magic Neon™ Tubes

With these photos and the information on the installation page, you should have no problems installing your No Magic Neon™ Tubes.

Bike should be cool, and parked securely stable
Remove old plug wires

Note: Be sure to write down which wire from which coil socket goes to which cylinder.

Install new wire into ignition coil. Make sure to note location of which cylinder
goes to which coil socket. Route wire up along bottom of gas tank and between rear cylinder head and upper motor mount bracket. Run wires down behind horn if so equipped. Regardless of coil location route wires to this point.

Note: Softails and Dynas are as shown.
Roadking, Electra-guide and Sportster modesl have their coil located under the front of the tank.

Install supplied wire loom on cylinder case bolt.Or if you prefer,(as we do) use reverse loom mounting by drilling a
1/4" hole in the outer horn cover, and install loom back toward engine.

Run wires down behind horn and through wire loom. Postion tube in place for trial fit, mark and cut wire accordingly.

Note: It is better to cut wire a little bit long and trim if necessary, than to cut it too short.

After cutting wire, screw tube onto wire end being sure to hold on to tube end closest to wire.

Snap spark plug end onto spark plug.
Measure wire and cut as needed.

Note: It is better to cut wire a little bit long and trim if necessary, than to cut it too short.

After cutting wire, screw tube onto wire end being sure to hold on to tube end closest to wire.

Repeat installation for other cylinder.

Finished installation should look as shown.

Start bike and check for clearance and proper operation. You should have a finger width between the tube and any part of the motor.

NOW GO HAVE FUN!

Note: Do not stare at tubes while riding, as we know you will be tempted to do this.
Doing this tends to result in running into people's trunk when they stop fast!
