| V-Max wire in controller (4/5) | Mar 10, 2008 | Jamie Foust | Omaha NE US | |
| It does work great, it comes with good directions and is not hard to figure out. It also came with plugs on it that I cut off to put on the ones that work with my bike. If you are using LEDs don't forget the diode kit below this if you have a single turn signal indicator light, And I recommend getting the electronic flasher so you don't have to use any load equalizers. You will need an extra load equalizer if you have LEDS all the way around. I paid the same price for another load equalizer as the flasher costs. Worth the time and not to expensive! | ||||
| No load equalizers!! (4/5) | Apr 1, 2008 | Jamie Foust | Omaha NE US | |
| I just wanted to be clear, if you use the DOT flasher relay, item EDFR, you don't need a load equalizer at all. | ||||
| Awesome product to improve safety! (5/5) | May 30, 2010 | Travis McMillian | Saint Louis MO US | |
| Using this item and a LED-compatable flasher relay, I converted the lights on my 2009 Kawasaki Eliminator 125 to full time running lights. I kept the brake-flash feature (you can optionally disable it) to further enhance safety. This piece really does what it says, and more. The running lights work as half-bright, but when the "blinker" function is engaged, they go from full-off to full-on - much better than other kits that blink half-bright to full-on. Also, when you hit the brakes, the running lights flash a few times and then goes back to the correct blinker function if you have a turn signal on. Wow! Overall, a very well-thought-out and functional mod for the bike I use to teach my kids how to ride on the street with. | ||||
