STEP 1: 

Remove the headlight assembly and locate the stock flasher module in the rear of the headlight bucket and remove it.

 
STEP 2:

 You can install the flasher module in one of two ways;

1.  Splice it into the stock wiring harness after removing the stock flasher module.  This may be somewhat difficult due to limited work space.

2.  Remove the portion of the stock flasher relay that plugs into the stock wiring harness, solder the wires from the flasher module in place and glue it back in place on the stock flasher relay's wiring harness.  (See picture)  This allows you to directly plug the flasher module into the stock wiring harness

STEP 3:

 Ground the flasher module (black wire) to any appropriate ground in the headlight bucket (turn signal, etc.)

STEP 4: 

Carefully adjust the flash rate on the flasher module using a small screwdriver until the desired rate is achieved.  Double check for proper function of all turn signals and 4-way flashers before reinstalling the headlight.
