Custom Dynamics has awesome customer service, I purchased a Tri-bar LED break light for my 2012 street glide and it was defective from the factory. I contacted customer service close to closing time, and the tech spent roughly 50 minutes on the phone with me running through testing and troubleshooting. It was determined that the unit needed to be shipped back. I sent it back in, and they verified my testing, then emailed me told me what was wrong and sent a new unit back out to me. Total turn around time will be around 8 days.

Ordered brake light and tour pack light controls for my harley limited trike conversion. Love the safety they present. Now trying shortee antennas, hope they work as well.

Had a bad led in my harley cvo turn signal.contacted Jamie and a new 1 was sent out Asap.this company stands behind its warranty which is a rarity today.highly recommended.

For whatever reason, the low beams stopped working on my Truebeam headlight. Jamie with customer service is sending a replacement and return label for the original. It was easy and simple, just a couple of emails. This is how customer service should be. Will definitely used Custom Dynamics in the future.

Not only should a company have a Great Product to sell they should also have customer service to back that product. Custom Dynamics has both. Had a issue with one on my lights on my 2009 CVO Ultra and they sent a new product immediately. Thank you for being that kind of company!!

Once again custom dynamics customer service goes above and beyond the call of duty quickly and no hassle I did what they asked me to do and a few emails later all within the same day or hours problem resolved once again thanks a bunch God Bless and you guys are the best
